Mainstream distribution company has 22 branches strategically located throughout

LOS ANGELES, June 4, 2009 (MARKETWIRE) -- Reed's, Inc. (NasdaqCM:REED), maker

that it has formed a partnership with DP Distribution, one of the largest
independently owned consumer products distributors in the US.
Based in Miami, FL, DP Distribution has 22 branches strategically located
throughout the US and Puerto Rico. Their vast reach allows them to service
much of the US as well as Central and South America, the Islands and Caribbean.
